Rates

$645 per night / up to 6 people, 2 night minimum
$65 per night each additional person, 2 night minimum

4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holiday stays
3 night minimum for other holiday stays
Weekly, monthly, and group rates available

Day Use Fee, Workshops and Retreats
for each student not sleeping over
$45 per person/day

Day Use Fee for Events (such as weddings)
$400 - $700 depending upon specifics of the event

Making Reservations

1/3 Fee Payment, plus $450 Security Fee is due upon booking.

The balance of the Fee Payment, plus a Bed Tax, and a Cleaning Fee of $145 to $185. is due 60 days prior to your reservation.

When final payment is received, additional information and a map will be sent to you.

Policies

Cancellation or changes require a 90 day notice, at which point your Fee Payments will be refunded and the Security Deposit retained. With less than a 90 day notice, all payments will be retained. If we are able to re-rent the facility, your Fee Payments (excluding Security Deposit) can be applied to a future booking.

The $450 Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your stay if the center is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Guests bring their own sheets and towels; cozy blankets and quilts are provided.

Smoking is restricted to one of the deck areas in order to keep the buildings smoke-free for guests, and to reduce fire hazards.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Capacity of Center

Maximum sleeping capacity of the center is:
Farmhouse: 2 queen beds and 3 double beds
Sauna House Sleeping Loft: 1 double bed
Dormitory above Workshop Space: 12 single futons in 4 rooms

The farmhouse, the sauna house, and our recently completed dormitory space can comfortably accommodate groups up to eighteen people, and arrangements can be made for larger groups on an individual basis.

Maximum capacity for day events, either in the workshop space, or on the grounds (small weddings, receptions, etc.): 20 guests in addition to those already staying at the center.

Parking Capacity: 15 to 20 cars...additional parking along driveway...we encourage guests to carpool

Restrooms: 5 total (2 in the main house, 1 in the sauna house, 1 in the workshop space, 1 in the dormitory space)

Cooking Facilities: We've cooked for as many as 30 people in the country kitchen of the main house. There is also a barbecue on the grounds; guests bring their own briquettes

Resources for Event Planning

Massage therapy can be arranged for guests. In the local area, there are a number of spectacular beaches and excellent hiking trails. The historic village of Mendocino is 12 minutes away, a wonderful place to explore, with great shops of all kinds, and several fine restaurants. There are also two excellent restaurants right in Albion, minutes from the center, along with a well-stocked grocery store providing organic produce, fresh fish, international foods, and an abundant deli.
