Our healing studio is situated at the end of the apple orchard, next to our organic vegetable, herb, and flower garden.

In the past several years we have expanded our organic gardens at Hearts and Hands. We have an extensive culinary herb section featuring many unusual varieties. While our guests stay at the center, they are invited to use our award winning garlic in their culinary adventures in our country kitchen. And our medicinal herb garden has an abundance of aromatic herbs, many of which Nympha Cole uses in her healing treatments at the center. In October of 2001, during the full "blue moon," she handcrafted a "Blue Moon Balm" from many of our medicinal herbs, which is a magical and alchemical healing salve.

Nympha Cole, clinical aroma therapist and certified massage therapist offers face and body treatments, integrative body work, chakra balancing, energy work, foot massage with aroma salt foot baths, a variety of readings, and additional modalities of body work. Nympha's chakra balancing treatments have been deeply healing for many of our guests. Often family members staying at the center for a family reunion or celebration will have a chakra balancing treatment and as a result have a profound insight and healing within their family system. This treatment also has been very healing for guests doing deep inner work at the center.

Her pool is inside a beautiful cedar yurt surrounded by a tropical oasis of bamboo, banana, and palm trees and gentle healing energy.
